軸重分布就是整滿載和空載情況下，將載荷分配到工業(yè)車輛的輪軸上，對于在軸距區(qū)域內運輸和升舉負載的工業(yè)車輛，即使在負載條件下，兩個軸的負載也相對均勻。對于叉車，即平衡重式叉車，在拾起負載后前軸上的負載會更高。在負載狀態(tài)下，后軸的松動程度可保持方向盤和驅動輪的抓地力，從而滿足穩(wěn)定性要求。
